A very odd shaped garden with a narrow ‘L’ hugging two sides of the house, with the main grass area being at the front. 

The client rarely used the dark ‘corridor’ leading out from the kitchen. The design links the two parts of the ‘L’ with a raised deck and is now used on a daily basis. 

An overhead canopy offers some shade and lighting gives a subtle ambiance in the evenings.  The planting is easy to maintain and predominantly white and purple, as chosen by the client.
